2. Products & Custom Orders

Crafterinaa offers customized and personalized products based on customer-selected designs, uploaded content, and customization preferences.


Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, images, text, social media usernames, and customization details are accurate and lawful.


For customized products such as photobooks, albums, personalized gifts, or printed products, customers may provide:

  • Photos or uploaded images
  • Instagram usernames or social media profile details
  • Custom messages or text
  • Design preferences and special instructions

By submitting such content, customers confirm that they own the content or have permission to use it.


Crafterinaa shall not be held responsible for copyright violations, unauthorized content usage, trademark issues, or legal claims arising from customer-provided content.



3. Product Representation

We strive to display product colors, designs, previews, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual product appearance may slightly vary due to:

  • Screen or device display differences
  • Printing variations
  • Lighting and photography differences
  • Handmade or customization-related variations

Minor variations between product previews and final delivered products shall not be considered defects.



4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on Crafterinaa are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.


We reserve the right to change product pricing, offers, discounts, availability, or product listings at any time without prior notice.


Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways and service providers. Crafterinaa does not store complete debit card details, credit card details, banking passwords, or UPI PIN information on its servers.


Orders will only be confirmed after successful payment authorization or confirmation by our team.



5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Crafterinaa reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.


Customers currently cannot cancel orders directly through the website.

Cancellation requests after order processing or shipment may not be accepted, especially for customized or personalized products.



6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post services only.


Orders are generally delivered within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation and/or successful payment unless otherwise specified during checkout or order confirmation.


Delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location, courier service operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Crafterinaa shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, transportation disruptions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.


All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.


Delivery confirmation and order-related updates may be sent to the customer's registered email address or phone number provided during checkout or registration.


If any shipping charges, COD charges, delivery fees, or service fees are applied by Crafterinaa or delivery partners, such charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.



7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Most products sold on Crafterinaa are customized and made specifically for customers. Therefore, returns are generally not accepted.


Replacements are only available for damaged or defective products reported within 7 days of delivery.


Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, product designs, graphics, images, text, layouts, source code, branding, and visual elements belongs to Crafterinaa and/or its respective owners unless otherwise stated.


Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially use any website content without prior written permission.



9. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

12. Force Majeure
