Welcome to Crafterinaa. We value our customers and aim to provide high-quality custom-designed products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.



1. General Policy

At Crafterinaa, most of our products are specially designed and created based on customer requirements and selected designs. Because of the customized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.


By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.



2. Replacement Eligibility

We only provide replacements in the following condition:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or physically broken during delivery.

Replacement Time Limit

Customers must request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.


Approved replacement products will generally be delivered within 10 business days after the replacement request has been verified and approved.


Proof Required

To process a replacement request, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Order details or invoice

Crafterinaa reserves the right to review and verify the issue before approving the replacement request.



3. Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Situations

We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for:

  • Size-related issues
  • Color variation due to screen display differences
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Incorrect selection made by the customer
  • Minor handmade/custom design variations
  • Requests for a different design after delivery
  • Personalized/custom-made product preferences

Since many products are created specifically for each customer, replacements for preference-based reasons are not possible as it requires recreating the product from scratch.



4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post services only.


Orders are generally delivered within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation and/or successful payment unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.


Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier company operations, customer location, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Crafterinaa shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or events beyond our control.


All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.


Delivery confirmation and order-related updates may be sent to the customer's registered email address or phone number provided during checkout or registration.


If any shipping charges, delivery fees, COD charges, or service fees are applied by Crafterinaa or delivery partners, such charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.



5. Return Shipping for Approved Replacements

If a replacement request is approved, the customer must send the product back to our return address using any reliable courier or delivery service.

Customers are advised to securely pack the product before shipping. Crafterinaa is not responsible for products damaged during return transit due to improper packaging.



6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed in cases where:

  • A replacement is not possible, or
  • Crafterinaa approves the refund after reviewing the issue.

Once the complete return/replacement process is successfully completed and approved, refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original payment method.


Shipping charges, COD charges, or other service fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.



7. Order Cancellation

Currently, customers cannot cancel orders directly through the website.

  • Cancellation requests after shipping may not be accepted.
  • Customized or already processed orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
